The only reason I think this pose isn't quite so possible is that her breasts are WAY too big for her to get her arms across that far.
With her right eye so much smaller she looks a little confused with that expression. She has a sort of "What the hell?" look on her face.
I don't know what that other person was talking about. Her left hand looks fine to me.
